B2 by Burberry is an app that embraces the re-sale of designer fashion, enabling Burberry to attract a new customer that would typically use third party re-sale websites to purchase second-hand designer fashion. Removing the typical 'eBay listing' style aesthetic often associated with the sale of pre-loved fashion, B2 offers a comprehensive, luxury shopping experience that embraces a sustainable, circular economy (giving Burberry goods a 2nd lease at life) that still has commercial benefits for Burberry. B2 enables those who own Burberry goods to send them #Back2Burberry to be authenticated, repaired by in-house artisans and listed on the B2 platform for re-sale - All in exchange for Burberry Store Credit to spend on current season fashion and accessories both online and instore. Meanwhile, users can also shop these pre-loved, past season Burberry items with no lesser of a luxury experience that that offered to customers making current season purchases.
