This hypothetical moving image instagram campaign for nordic brand ARKET was driven by the importance of brands educating customers on how to get the most out of their purchases whilst also being mindful of the environmental impact of excessive and unnecessary laundering. Inspired by Ikea's LearningLab, Stella McCartney's Clevercare campaign and Westwood's ongoing message to "Buy Less, Choose Well". Research into industry trends gave me a brilliant insight into the rise of brand participation in the life of a product once it has been sold. Brand must retain some 'ownership' of garments if they wish to close the loop and embrace a circular economy within their processes.
